Overview

The Manager of Forensics Technology Support is a key technical resource responsible for managing the team of System/Network Admins to support various infrastructure technologies within the KPMG forensics group. This role is part of a nationwide team focused on ongoing support and deploying new IT infrastructure solutions.

What You Will Do
  1. Recruit, coach, and support the skills development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  2. Manage the delivery of technology support services, including oversight of virtual and physical servers, cloud services, and applications, with an emphasis on Azure environments.
  3. Work with forensic applications such as Nuix, Relativity-One, and Relativity.
  4. Manage relationships with partners and business units to understand their needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
  5. Ensure team compliance with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  6. Lead internal projects for environment upgrades.
  7. Participate in leadership initiatives within the Technology Support and Operations department to drive strategic improvements.
  8. Provide operational updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  9. Coordinate resources for non-project implementations or upgrades, minimizing operational disruptions.
  10. Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. A university or college degree, or equivalent professional experience and certifications.
  2. Certifications in Azure cloud technologies.
  3. Certifications in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto).
  4. 5 to 7 years of IT experience in system implementation, project management, and systems management, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  5. Strong background in networking, firewalls, gateways, and load balancers.
  6. Excellent communication skills and leadership presence.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500, with potential bonuses. Salary offers are based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
