Role Overview

The Manager, Financing Solutions provides credit structuring, underwriting, risk management, and client support for a diversified portfolio with average loan volumes over $2MM. This individual contributor role partners with sales and support teams to analyze financial statements, support credit decisions, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Credit Underwriting: Support branch strategy and client experience through timely credit underwriting for new and existing clients. Manage risks and relationships for medium to large commercial clients, developing creative, full-service solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Risk Management: Implement risk assessment protocols, balance risk and reward, and proactively monitor and manage risks to minimize operational losses.
• Client Experience: Serve as the main contact for daily client interactions, ensuring exceptional service and support to the deal team.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and a passion for credit and risk management.
• Strong work ethic, organization, technical proficiency, and a desire to grow a career in financial services.
