Job Summary:

The Financial Systems Manager role offers a unique opportunity to support ILM’s global financial operations and collaborate with Lucasfilm and Disney teams to enhance system efficiencies. You will manage team resources, oversee the Oracle Cloud product, and support related interfaces and processes. The role requires working independently and with global finance teams to address system needs, develop efficiencies, and ensure policy compliance.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days onsite at a designated location with occasional remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of Oracle Cloud and its integrations, ensuring they support ILM’s processes and systems.
• Manage a team of internal staff, contractors, and support vendors.
• Maintain high standards for system security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to develop system and process solutions.
• Partner with Accounting, Financial Planning, Production Finance, and Disney teams.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and system control explanations.
• Participate in special projects and analyses to support the finance team’s success.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls, and identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years managing ERP systems, especially Oracle Cloud Financials and OIC.
• Experience working with finance teams and understanding financial processes like procure-to-pay, project accounting, and multi-currency ledgers.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams including vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI reporting, and integration methods (REST, SOAP, file-based).
• Strong documentation and communication skills, especially in change management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with stakeholders across IT and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced certifications are a plus.

The salary range in San Francisco, CA is $150,200 to $183,400 annually, with variations based on experience and location. Benefits include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive health and financial packages.
