The Opportunity :

A fast-growing media and marketing company is seeking an interim Manager, Financial Systems to oversee finance operations, system integrations, and process improvements during a 12-month maternity leave. This role is key to maintaining Business Central, optimizing financial workflows, and supporting new software implementations while collaborating across teams. This fully remote role is ideal for a finance technology leader looking to optimize financial processes and support digital transformation in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Apply today!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Dynamics 365 Business Central, oversee security, user access, and system updates
  • Oversee HRIS, HubSpot, and Emburse Enterprise data flows into Business Central, maintaining and optimizing data pipelines
  • Configure Power Automate workflows, develop Cosmos reports, and support month-end close, FX revaluation, and financial consolidations
  • Serve as the main contact for third-party partners, overseeing customizations and billing inquiries
  • Lead system implementations, conduct UAT testing, and ensure change management best practices

Core Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of Business Central experience, strong understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting
  • Expertise in finance operations (O2C, P2P), financial consolidations, and compliance
  • Advanced Excel & Power Query skills for financial modelling and data analysis
  • Experience documenting system processes and managing integrations across finance applications
  • Project management experience

Bonus Skills :

  • SQL, Power Automate, Cosmos reporting, HubSpot experience
  • CPA designation or programming knowledge
