  • Support senior leadership by preparing business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Prepare documentation and support external audit processes; implement improvements to reporting practices as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the reporting and analysis team.
  • Oversee contract execution and procurement processes in collaboration with legal, procurement, and operational departments.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for strategy discussions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to operations, finance, compliance, and resident care.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on incidents and risk mitigation activities.
  • Develop and enforce privacy policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Respond to privacy breaches, lead mitigation efforts, and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of privacy laws and ensure organizational practices remain compliant.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
