At IAMGOLD, we are looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting who is passionate about delivering excellence and is ready to bring their skills to a collaborative and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements, local statutory reports, and regulatory submissions, ensuring they are completed with accuracy and on time, in line with public company standards and GAAP. You will also support M&A transactions and debt offerings, providing critical financial due diligence and post-transaction integration support.

As a leader, you will coach and guide accounting staff, collaborate with mine sites and corporate teams on both routine and ad-hoc accounting issues, and drive improvements in the financial statement close process and financial reporting quality. You will contribute to streamlining processes, enhancing controls, and leveraging technology to create more efficient workflows. Sustainability and safety are core to everything we do, and you will be expected to promote safe practices, comply with regulatory requirements, and actively support the health and wellbeing of yourself, your colleagues, and local communities.
