Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Locations: Saskatoon, SK, Sturgeon Falls, ON, North Bay, ON

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible to lead our budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis efforts within a manufacturing environment. This position directly supports the production and strategic growth of ground support products for the mining. You will play a critical role in aligning financial plans with operational priorities and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes across manufacturing and support functions
• Develop long-term financial models and scenario planning for capital-intensive operations
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Support performance tracking and KPIs for product groups and plant operations
• Conduct variance analysis, cost reviews, and margin improvement initiatives
• Deliver high-quality reporting and investment analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Champion financial data integrity and governance in ERP and reporting systems
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• CPA designation, MBA an asset.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or business analysis.
• Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting systems, and ERP/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports, Business Central).
• Familiarity with enterprise data modeling, reporting architecture, and OData/API integration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, preferably in ground support products or industrial goods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical rigor.
