JOBDESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analyst that will leverage their expertise in Quantum inventory management software to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline inventory tracking, and optimize cost structures within their maintenance and repair operations in the aviation industry.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capturing CostPer Engine and Module: Complete work order close-outs in Quantum foreach engine or module, with a focus on verifying labor hours and materials toensure accurate cost capture.

• Cost Analysisand Optimization: Analyze and forecast costs associated with aviation inventory,concentrating on engines and critical components, to identify cost-savingopportunities and process improvements.

• InventoryTracking and Reporting: Use Quantum software to monitor, track, andmanage inventory levels for aviation parts and engines. Ensure precise,real-time inventory reporting and forecasting to support MRO operations.

• Data Analysisand Metrics Development: Develop and maintain KPIs related to inventoryturnover, parts availability, and cost per hour to drive data-drivendecision-making and continuous improvement.

• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams toalign inventory and cost management strategies that enhance profitability andoperational performance.

Profil
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years ofexperience in cost analysis and inventory management within the aviationindustry.
  • Proven expertise in Quantuminventory management software, with a focus on inventory tracking, engineaccounting, and cost analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and written skills in English and fluent in French.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and ERP systems, especially in inventory modules.
  • Excellent communicationskills for reporting and cross-department collaboration.
  • Knowledge of regulatorycompliance requirements in the aviation sector.
  • Experience with Maintenance,Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations, including practical knowledge of enginetracking and cost accounting is preferred
  • Advanced certification inQuantum or similar aviation inventory management tools is preferred
WORK CONDITIONS
