About you

You are an energetic, self-directed, and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical and financial modelling skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. With excellent communication skills and a passion for understanding key revenue and profitability drivers, you're eager to contribute to high-impact presentations and insights for senior leadership. You're motivated, hands-on, and ready to dive deep into the details to help build and maintain a strong, accurate financial model for the Canadian business.

In this role, you will…

Support Capital Markets and Strategy & Consulting teams with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and presentations

Contribute to corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and coordinating with stakeholders

Conduct P&L and Capex variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior year results

Perform in-depth financial analysis using KPIs specific to the commercial real estate industry, including profitability and headcount metrics

Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies for senior leadership

Develop and enhance financial tools and processes to improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and support ad hoc analysis

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

5–8 years of relevant work experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI; VBA knowledge is an asset

Skilled in financial modeling, with a passion for learning and process improvement; able to manage multiple priorities effectively

CPA designation completed or in progress (asset)

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $115,000 - $130,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
