ABOUT THE CLIENT
Impact recruitment has partnered with a top tier real estate development firm that has ownership on some of the most exciting real estate developments in Burnaby, Richmond and Vancouver. They pride on their collaborative and rewarding work culture and are currently looking to add a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to their team!

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain financial models to assess current and future performance across various scenarios, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly and annual KPI reports across business functions
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
  • Manage short- and long-term corporate cash flow projections.
  • Work with the accounting team on monthly variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to operational and financial leadership.
  • Proactively analyze trends, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and help teams achieve financial goals
  • Improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Conduct market research on economic and real estate trends.
  • Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ad hoc analysis as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Real estate experience is an asset.
  • CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: $130,000 to $150,000
  • 3 weeks’ vacation
