Job Description
CUSTOMER
  • Lead a team to achieve operational objectives, maintain effective daily operations, and deliver quality service and transaction processing.
  • Provide guidance to team members within own specialization.
  • Review and assess incoming files and allocate to Investigators.
  • Monitor service levels and efficiency, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct investigations as a working lead, ensuring standards are met.
  • Prepare documents for criminal or non-criminal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to gather intelligence.
  • Ensure investigations are thorough and timely.
  • Identify procedural weaknesses and ensure corrective actions.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and techniques.
  • Represent the department on projects and committees.
SHAREHOLDER
  • Contribute to business planning and execution.
  • Work with leaders to optimize resource use and efficiency.
  • Monitor and communicate effectiveness of strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and develop strategies.
  • Coordinate with partners across the organization.
  • Maintain a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance.
EMPLOYEE / TEAM
  • Manage and develop team members.
  • Set targets, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
