About the Role

We are currently supporting the recruitment of a Consolidation and Reporting Manager on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing global organization with a strong presence in the technology sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a complex, multi-entity structure as the company undergoes strategic transformations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading consolidated reporting efforts, supporting decentralization initiatives, and collaborating across international teams. The environment is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and offers long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle monthly and quarterly consolidation processes across multiple entities
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, including intercompany eliminations and FX adjustments
  • Maintain and optimize consolidation schedules, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate with reporting and systems teams to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Assist in the development of scalable reporting structures and tools
  • Support internal and external audit requirements, including acquisition-related adjustments
  • Train stakeholders on consolidation processes and system use

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation or external audit
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress)
  • Strong technical skills in Excel; experience with NetSuite is an asset
  • Familiarity with IFRS and multi-currency environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change setting
  • Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
