Bell Procurement team strives to deliver the best total cost of ownership through a world class supply base - maximizing customer satisfaction through exemplary service and support. We partner with internal client groups to establish supplier relationships that provide access to emerging technologies, supply continuity and speed to market in support of profitable, new revenue. We employ ethical practices across our end-to-end process while operating efficiently using electronic commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Helpdesk Management

  • Manage the daily requirements of the Bell corporate credit card program, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation while adhering to regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead the expense management help desk and manage an employee handling inquiries and issues related to corporate credit cards, working with both Bell employees and the bank
  • Analyze related operational processes, develop policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate credit card operation
  • Provide training and support to employees on the proper use of corporate credit cards and related policies

Expense Reporting, Analytics and Projects

  • Regularly generate expense-related reports, credit card source documents, and notifications to cardholders, leveraging the Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Power Platform automation tools
  • Analyse data related to credit card usage, expenses, and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving the program
  • Formalize and execute transformational projects with internal and external partners
  • Periodically execute audits on supplier contracts owned by procurement and business unit contract managers, to verify contact compliance with governance and policies
  • Analyze audit results and make recommendations for contract corrective action
  • Provide training and support to employees on contract governance
  • Collaborate on contract management projects with internal partners
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in IT, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in data analysis and customer service
  • Advanced expertise in data manipulation, sorting and analysis tools (Microsoft Excel and Power Platform)
  • Customer service support and problem-solving skills; proven ability to handle time sensitive inquiries, customer issues and finding solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners including Bell employees, the broader Procurement team and banking partners teams
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple priorities while working independently
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; capable of preparing presentations with minimal guidance and effectively presenting to and influencing senior levels of the organization
  • English required: Production of documents in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant industry experience in telecommunications and banking
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, bank online card program management and reporting tools or other similar systems
  • Knowledge of SQL programming language
  • Bilingual: English and French
