Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A and Business Partnering, this role will be a key member of the Finance team and a trusted strategic partner to the Marketing organization. The Manager, Finance Business Partner (Marketing) will provide financial leadership and guidance to the Marketing Leadership Team and oversee the financial management of the National Marketing Forum (NMF) and Regional Marketing Forums (RMFs), ensuring sound financial stewardship, governance, and risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting activities of the NMF and RMFs through an external accounting partner, leading quarterly forecasting and financial planning processes, and coordinating the preparation and reporting of financial statements to lending institutions. The role also includes providing regular financial insights and recommendations to the Boards of Directors and Operator Leadership bodies.
Beyond the core responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to serve as a Finance thought partner on national cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects, influencing key business decisions that support the growth and success of the McDonald's Canada system.
Key stakeholders include the CMO, the Marketing Leadership Team, Boards of Directors, financial institutions, external accounting partners, auditors, the CFO, and Operator Leadership teams.

The expected salary range for this role is$89,599.00 -$127,998.00per year
