Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive work experience in accounting or auditing.
  • CPA designation completed.
  • Strong financial systems experience with advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of HFM, OneStream, and Workiva would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare platform level financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis to support parent companies’ consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Actively participate and lead the resolution of complex technical accounting issues and the coordination with auditors and operating business groups.
  • Present analyses and reports for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Support internal and external audit teams for quarterly reviews, annual audit and SOX.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis and present results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with fund finance, tax, corporate, and regional finance teams.
  • Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.
