Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Planning pillar within the Supply Chain Finance team, partnering with senior directors to drive forecasting and financial performance.

You will develop automated reporting, enhance planning processes, and deliver data-driven insights while collaborating across Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or related designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or related field.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and leveraging automation for reporting and decision‑making.
  • Experience partnering with Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or Operations teams is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI; familiarity with Anaplan is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Transportation, 3PW, and Working Capital P&Ls through monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Hold partners accountable for financial results via monthly reviews and forecast updates.
  • Translate financial concepts into clear business recommendations using data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Develop and enhance automated reporting to provide visibility into transportation performance and variances.
  • Maintain and improve Anaplan models supporting planning and analysis.

  • Work Location – Toronto, ON
  • Hybrid Environment – This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
  • Salary – $108,000- $115,000 annually
  • Initial Posting Close Date – September 24, 2026

The starting base salary is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, experience and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, this role is responsible for leading the Planning pillar within the Supply Chain Finance team and partnering closely with the Senior Director of Planning, Director of Transportation, and Director of Supply Planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in supply chain finance, and business partnering to influence key operational and financial decisions. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with Supply Chain leaders to drive business performance, enhance planning and forecasting processes, develop automated reporting and analytical solutions, and identify opportunities that improve both operational efficiency and financial results. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization while building strong cross-functional partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Transportation, 3PW, and Working Capital P&Ls through monthly close activities, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. Establish financial targets and challenge business partners to achieve performance objectives.
  • Hold business partners accountable for financial results through monthly reviews and forecast updates by proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build credibility as a trusted finance partner by leveraging data-driven insights and translating financial concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance metrics, including FSC, OOM, dunnage, pallet efficiency, storage fees, and inventory losses, identifying opportunities to improve both operational and financial performance.
  • Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into transportation performance and key drivers of budget and forecast variances.
  • Review, maintain, and continuously improve Anaplan models supporting Transportation, Working Capital, and 3PW planning and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and other business functions to support decision-making and drive results.
Qualifications
  • College diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or a related professional designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging automation to enhance reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or Operations teams is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet critical deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
