Manager, Finance

Salary: $85K - $95K + 10% bonus

Our client is a major Canadian success story who is bringing on new talent to rise to the challenges of the changing landscape. The team and culture is comprised of top-notch talent who have exited the firm and quickly developed and advanced their capital markets knowledge and role. They are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Manager of Finance to make the leap from the firm to the financial services industry.

The Manager, Finance will possess a very high attention to detail, a genuine interest in the financial industry, and a drive to become a leader in the organization.

As a Manager, Finance you will:

• Become the subject matter expert for your portfolio and be the go-to resource for the group
• Gather, analyze, identify and reconcile systems data as a basis for proposals and recommendations
• Assist in the month-end and quarter-end deliverables

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

• Completion or in process of completing an Accounting designation
• Must have public accounting experience
• Strong work ethic and dedication to deadlines

This is a hybrid work model role - 3 days a week in office.
