What You Will Do:

• Provide leadership, support, and coordination to partner teams in BC and Alberta.
• Ensure partners provide the required training for technicians.
• Ensure SLA targets are met among our partner workforce, including metrics like 5 Star, repeats, RGU’s, and PSB.
• Perform field inspections to ensure quality aligns with customer expectations.
• Complete health and safety inspections to meet Aecon’s safety standards.
• Manage the link between our partner workforce and ATSI.
• Promote an inclusive culture to foster equity and welcome diverse perspectives.

What You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• 10+ years of experience with copper and GPON infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and influence.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Experience in prioritizing, multitasking, and working independently.
• Ability to travel between BC and Alberta.
• A commitment to inclusion and diversity.
