Manager, Experiential Marketing - 12mth Contract

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing experiential programs to support the strategic growth of Loblaw’s control brands, national brands, and retail banners.

Manager Accountabilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing programs and activations supporting growth.
  2. Manage agencies, budgets, and projects effectively.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with agencies to drive innovative marketing strategies.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for flawless onsite activations.
  5. Work with subject matter experts and agencies on communication and activation programs.
  6. Develop marketing strategies with category management and product teams to support sales growth.
  7. Evaluate past programs to improve future activations.
  8. Manage budgets and develop cost-saving solutions.
  9. Coordinate between creative teams and internal departments to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
  10. Monitor projects from inception to post-analysis.
  11. Foster organic growth through strong relationships.
Role Requirements:
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in event management, retail, experiential agency, or marketing.
  • Willingness to travel, work weekends, and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license.
