What is the opportunity?

The Execution Assurance team is part of the T&O Chief Operating Office (COO) team – the primary Project Management Office (PPMO) for T&O, driving value realization through portfolio management & governance, initiative delivery practices and enablement of the practitioner community as delivery continues to evolve.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Execution Assurance, the Manager, Execution Assurance will execute support practices under these Key Focus areas while maintaining and fostering the relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

What will you do?

Key focus areas for the Manager, Execution Assurance include:

1. Maintaining Compliance with enterprise policies as required
2. Evolve delivery practices to support Agile delivery
3. Enable practitioner readiness for the future of delivery
4. Drive engagement & knowledge share within the practitioner community through their Agile Journey
5. Evolve Execution Assurance (EA) practices in accordance with Initiative Risk Policy standards
6. Support T&O in use of Planview SaaS

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Minimum of 1 year working as a project supporting role in a highly matrixed environment, utilizing enterprise frameworks such as EIMF, IWF, and/or AMF.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience with stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated skills in analytical thinking, planning, organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
• In-depth working knowledge of: RBC Project Management Tools such as MIS, PlanView On-Prem & PlanView SaaS and Confluence/JIRA
• MS Office Tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
