Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Manager, ERM & Operational Risk Management plays a key role in strengthening risk governance, audit preparedness, and organizational resilience. This position develops and implements strategic initiatives to enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The Manager leads risk-related initiatives, provides independent oversight, and fosters a culture of risk ownership and accountability across business and support functions.
Additionally, the Manager supports internal and external audits by collaborating with stakeholders to document, test, and report on risk controls and compliance measures. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in risk management standards and frameworks, with a focus on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Operational Risk and Resilience, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within small teams are essential for success in this role.
