Reporting Line

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Value Optimization.

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives that contribute to value creation and enterprise performance related to commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Product Management, Market Research, Transportation, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to align priorities and drive initiatives forward.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept to implementation using structured project management approaches.
• Support the development and prioritization of a project opportunity pipeline; track initiative status, report on progress, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial and business models, including scenario analyses, to evaluate initiatives and support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership, including memos and presentations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to advisors and analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Support key enterprise decisions by advancing initiatives that generate insights and enable strategic planning.

What You Will Bring

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• Enrollment in or completion of a professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) is desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, finance, project management, or consulting roles.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for senior leadership materials.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and balance attention to detail with strategic perspective.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
