The Manager, Enterprise Technology & Service Delivery is a hands-on role responsible for the reliable, secure, and effective operation of the organization’s enterprise applications, Microsoft technology environment, end-user services, network services, and third-party cloud platforms. The Manager provides operational oversight of managed service partners and technology vendors while directly administering and supporting enterprise applications, including system configuration, user and access administration, security role design and maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing application support.
The Manager serves as the primary operational point of coordination for technology incidents, service requests, changes, escalations, and recurring operational activities. The role also supports cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT governance priorities by implementing security controls, coordinating remediation activities, maintaining documentation and procedures, supporting risk and access reviews, and participating in continuity and recovery planning and testing.
Working within a Microsoft-based environment with a portfolio of third-party cloud applications, the Manager collaborates with business system owners, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure technology services are secure, well documented, governed, resilient, and continuously improved.
This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and in-person work at Parkinson Canada's office (4211 Yonge Street, Suite 316, Toronto, M2P 2A9).
At Parkinson Canada, we believe that compensation should be fair and supportive of your experience and growth. For this role, the salary is between $85,000–$95,000 per annum. Our salary ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with each offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity. We strive for equitable, consistent pay, though rates may vary within the same role based on performance, specialized knowledge, and impact.
