Reporting to the VP of Enterprise & Infrastructure Technology, the Manager, Enterprise Technology Delivery will oversee the full lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise technology projects. This role is responsible for selecting, modifying, and implementing application integration solutions to meet business needs and achieve desired results. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and conceptualizing and building innovative solutions. You will provide direction to the broader team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver capabilities to our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and application stability. In this role, you will engage with and provide guidance to senior IT and business leadership as a program manager and platform subject matter expert.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading and driving the implementation of technology projects based on project objectives and business requirements related to enterprise (HR, Finance, Legal, Communications) and infrastructure platforms.
  • Managing and leading onshore and offshore teams/vendors.
  • Managing a portfolio, including time management, prioritization, and setting customer expectations.
  • Delivering new innovative solutions different from legacy-based applications.
  • Playing an active role in the transformation of legacy core applications.
  • Providing overall management of technology conversion, integration, and decommissioning from due diligence to implementation.
  • Managing multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously with deep program management experience.
  • Delivering broad-based, often complex communication for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Managing and evaluating staff performance for professional development.
  • Hiring, developing, coaching, leading, and retaining top-tier system and business system analysts, focusing on building and improving a team and culture that employs best-in-class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and building applications, data, and technology specifications.
  • Overseeing coding and configuration processes, including automated build and testing processes.
  • Ensuring end-to-end solution delivery for technology projects on agreed time, budget, and quality.
  • Supporting the build-out of new business solutions and the evolution of existing functionalities, ensuring they align with approved business and technology roadmaps.
  • Supporting demand management processes that evaluate business needs against available team capacity, assessing the ability of the organization, vendors, and processes to carry out prioritized activities.
  • Managing requirements gathering processes, including functional, system, and architectural requirements following Agile or Waterfall methodology.
  • Supporting internal business and technology teams to meet all acceptance criteria, including functional and performance Service Level Agreements.
  • Managing vendor processes to ensure all contracts with suppliers support business needs and that all suppliers meet their contractual Service Level commitments.

What experience do you have?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience communicating technology design and deployments to executives.
  • A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience managing IT and business projects.
  • Proven team management and project management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in developing and delivering efficient and value-added governance processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, software, and hardware.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook).
  • Must model the company’s core values and leadership behavior.
