  • Facilitate discussions across Design Leads and cross-functional SMEs on a regular cadence to support integrated design build, sequencing and execution (IT and Finance most critical)

  • Coordinate and develop executive checkpoints and materials to secure sponsor approvals and support

  • Work plan and manage external and internal resources (including consulting firms) and AI/Automation tools to deliver against program deliverables

  • Liaise with change management experts to create a change plan and ongoing change activities for program outputs

  • Proven ability structuring complex issues, problem solving, and building compelling roadmaps

  • Strong background in project chartering, scope development, and project management best practices

  • Experience in consulting, strategy development, and/or strategy execution; Experience working with or within Consulting or IT an asset

  • Superior collaboration skills with the proven ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
