A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a Manager for their Enhanced Personnel Protection program. You will oversee security operations, lead a team, and develop strategies for protecting personnel. A manager focused on the physical protection of our people, including senior leaders, through core accountabilities such as executive protection, event security management, and travel risk management. The manager will work with team members to develop a best-in-class Enhanced Personnel Protection program, including robust policies and procedures to support enterprise-level physical security requirements. Under the guidance of the Director of Enterprise Physical Risk, this position manages the overall program effectiveness to ensure comprehensive, high-quality service delivery. They will also consult on incident response and operational execution related to the protection of company assets and personnel.
This position will interact with senior management at the corporate and business group levels, as well as peers in Security Risk and Crisis Management, Corporate Real Estate, Human Resources, and other domains. External contacts include government security and law enforcement.
As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance through Sun Life prior to starting.
The salary range is from $78,000 to $128,000, depending on location and other factors. Incentive plans are discretionary and based on individual and company performance, including sales incentives where applicable.
