Are you ready to lead engineering efforts that will extend Movable Ink's AI-powered decisioning into SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media? This role is at the forefront of building the future of omnichannel marketing, empowering brands to deliver personalized campaigns across multiple platforms. As the team leader, you’ll shape innovative solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build impactful systems alongside talented engineers.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the extension of email content library and campaign workflows to support additional channels like SMS / MMS / RCS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media.
  • Extend AI- / ML-based content decisioning, send time optimization, and frequency management across all channels.
  • Modify and expand in-platform analytics to support omnichannel marketing, providing unified, actionable insights.
  • Lead recruitment, development, and mentorship of an engineering team to achieve these goals.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering growth and aligning goals with high-impact projects. Collaborate with other managers and teams to synchronize efforts.

Qualifications :

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team; balance high expectations with support and empathy.
  • Effectively lead meetings and presentations showcasing deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve problems swiftly, troubleshooting data accuracy and root causes.
  • Exhibit exemplary software development practices with clear, readable code, thorough reviews, and testing.
  • Strong skills in web application development (Python Django, GraphQL, React / TypeScript), scalable interfaces, cloud platforms (Google Cloud), containerization (Kubernetes), deployment, and mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter, native iOS / Android).
  • Navigate and resolve team disputes, demonstrating negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Be adaptable, focusing on iterative improvements in product and process.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and client experience teams.
