Wrapbook is seeking a Manager, Engineering - Frontend to lead the Frontend Platform team. You will own shared UI infrastructure, component libraries, and data/reporting systems, while partnering with product, design, and cross-functional engineering to drive the roadmap.

You have 4+ years of engineering management experience and deep frontend expertise with StimulusJS and Hotwire. Remote in Canada, with opportunities across the US, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong frontend expertise with StimulusJS and Hotwire.
• Experience building shared component libraries or design systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Frontend Platform team, owning health, delivery, and direction of shared frontend infrastructure and data/reporting systems.
• Own and evolve the shared component system (design system, data grids, reporting frameworks).
• Partner with product, design, and cross-functional engineering to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Set a high bar for frontend quality, performance, and developer experience.
• Grow the team through coaching, hiring, and creating an environment where engineers do their best work.
