Job summary

Côte Gold Mine Site is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership across engineering activities, ensuring safe, reliable and innovative solutions that support operational excellence and long-term project success.

Reporting to the Senior Director / VP, Engineering or Operations, you will shape engineering direction, strengthen performance, and foster continuous improvement. Your leadership will help create value through collaboration and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility to obtain it is considered an asset.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams within complex industrial, mining, infrastructure or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance, technical standards, risk management and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English required; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset. Travel periodically to project sites.

Your leadership will help create value through collaboration, technical excellence and responsible development.

Job Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility to obtain it is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams within complex industrial, mining, infrastructure or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, technical standards, risk management and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English required; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset. Ability to travel periodically to project or operational sites.

Additional Assets

• Experience supporting large-scale mining, industrial or infrastructure development projects.
• Knowledge of project delivery, budgeting, capital planning and operational readiness programs.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, regulators and external technical partners.
• Track record of leading organizational change, innovation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Experience building succession plans and developing technical leadership capability within teams.

Salary Range: $159,200 - $194,600. The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
