About The Role

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Provisioning team in the Platform product group responsible for managing the customer lifecycle and their product experience. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to enhance and build provisioning systems, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience. This hands-on management role requires effective collaboration with engineers, product managers, support, and sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team to drive roadmap and technical strategy.
• Hire, retain, and grow talented engineers.
• Communicate effectively across all levels.

What You’ll Need

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager and 8+ years as a software engineer.
• Experience with authentication/authorization services, Golang, cloud environments, and distributed systems.
• Strong design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cybersecurity products.
• Experience with Golang, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, SpiceDB.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, SSO, OIDC, JWT.
