About The Role

CrowdStrike seeks an Engineering Manager for our Provisioning team within the Platform product group. This team manages the automation of customer onboarding processes on the Falcon platform, ensuring a seamless experience. You will play a key role in enhancing existing workflows and building next-generation provisioning systems. This hands-on management role requires collaboration with engineers, product managers, support, and sales teams, focusing on delivery and creating an engaging environment for engineers.

What You'll Do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive roadmap and technical strategy.
• Hire, retain, and grow a team of talented engineers.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, including remote teams.

What You’ll Need

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager and 8+ years as a software engineer.
• Experience with authentication/authorization services.
• Proficiency in Golang or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying high-quality software in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with large distributed systems at scale.
• Strong design, problem-solving, security, and performance skills.
• Experience working remotely with agility and velocity.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on approach combined with leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cybersecurity products.
• Proven track record of hiring strong engineers.
• Knowledge of Golang, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, SpiceDB.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, SSO, OIDC, JWT.
