About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Provisioning team in the Platform product group responsible for managing the customer lifecycle and their product experience. Our team manages the automation of this orchestration to give our customers a seamless experience. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the existing flow and building the next generation provisioning systems. Engineering Management at CrowdStrike is a hands-on role and we expect managers to be laser focused on delivery and creating an engaging environment for our world-class engineers.

What You'll Do:

As an engineering manager, you will help lead a multi-disciplinary team (backend, frontend, SDET, etc.) to drive and deliver on both roadmap and technical strategy. CrowdStrike is growing rapidly and you will be instrumental in hiring, retaining, and growing a team of highly talented engineers. We are a remote-first company and expect you to be an effective communicator - excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager and 8+ years as a software engineer
• Experience working with authentication and authorization services
• Experience in Golang or similar technologies
• Experience with shipping high-quality software in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in building and maintaining large distributed systems at scale
• Solid design and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance
• Experience working with remote teams and individuals while ensuring agility and velocity
• Ability to communicate and articulate crisply at all levels from executive staff to junior engineers
• Ability and desire to be hands-on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross-functionally

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cybersecurity products
• Demonstrated track record of hiring strong engineers
• Experience with Golang, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, SpiceDB
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, SSO, OIDC, JWT
