Job Description

The Vendor Manager III is responsible for managing Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the Third Party Management Lifecycle (TPML), ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Third Party Business Arrangements from initiation to termination.
• Understanding and monitoring financial and contractual terms to mitigate risks.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business needs.
• Monitoring third-party performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
• Identifying and escalating issues to reduce risk.
• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with policies and ethical standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement in third-party management processes.
