Job Summary
Groupe Dynamite is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager of E-Commerce Analytics and Experimentation to join our Digital team. We are looking for someone who is data-driven and results-oriented with a passion for optimization and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the analytics function for E-commerce performance and demand forecasting and planning, overseeing the roadmap for Google Analytics, Attribution, and A/B testing and experimentation. Reporting into the Director of Customer Acquisitions and Analytics, you will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue for our brands. Together with your team, you will oversee the analytics function for E-commerce performance, and experimentation initiatives, and provide actionable insights into traffic channels, attribution, and user behaviour. As a critical partner to cross-functional teams, this role ensures that analytics and experimentation initiatives align with business objectives, delivering measurable growth and an exceptional online experience.
