RBC is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Analytics to help digital teams understand the customer acquisition journey across digital and physical channels. You will deliver reports, dashboards and deep-dives, partnering with cross‑functional teams to maintain data quality and accurate measurement.
This hybrid role requires 3–4 days in the office in Toronto, with strong communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
As a Manager, Digital Product Analytics, you will report to the Director of Digital Product Analytics to help digital teams understand the customer acquisition journey in our digital and physical channels. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reports, dashboards and analytic deep-dives, as well as working with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and integrity through monitoring analytics implementations to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
This role works in the office 3 to 4 days a week.
