The opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will handle the buying process, optimization, and reporting on media execution for multiple lines of business and channels, and develop, implement, and manage search, social, and display advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  2. Platform-specific strategies: Understand each platform's nuances and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  3. Use historical data and market trends to forecast campaign performance.
  4. Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  5. Regularly analyze campaign performance and make adjustments for improvement.
  6. Focus on key performance metrics such as KPIs, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.

  • Google Marketing Certification with 5+ years of enterprise experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Technical expertise in these platforms.
  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business is a plus.
