Are you a seasoned, strategic leader with extensive growth marketing expertise, strong business acumen, and solid skills in data analysis and insights gathering?

Smart, Savvy + Associates is pleased to partner with our client, a leading CPG brand, in their search for a Manager, Digital & Content Marketing. The right person for the role is a strategic, data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills and proficiency in growth metrics (CPA, CLV, etc.).

As Manager, Digital & Content Marketing you will...

• Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase conversions, including SEM, display advertising, online video, and social media.
• Set and oversee paid media budgets, participate in retail sales forecasting, and support media planning to optimize ROI.
• Lead testing initiatives, A/B testing, and experiments with new growth channels to enhance performance, providing monthly reports on digital activities.
• Manage influencer marketing to leverage collaborations for brand awareness and sales growth.
• Create and manage digital campaigns across paid, organic and social channels, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, aligning campaigns with broader growth goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing key metrics such as conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and ROI to continuously improve outcomes.
• Work collaboratively to align content strategies with growth objectives, supporting acquisition and retention efforts.
• Oversee the creation of optimized content, ensuring SEO best practices and using data for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute retention marketing strategies using email, SMS and loyalty programs.
• Refine segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer communications.
• Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with growth objectives, overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance environment with clear goals and growth plans.

You have...

• 7+ years of digital and growth marketing experience with 3+ years in a team management role.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or related field with growth/digital marketing focus.
• Proven success in developing and implementing growth-focused digital marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership abilities with a record of building and managing high-performance teams.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing.
• Proficiency in integrated marketing campaigns, data analysis, and digital growth tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• An ability to collaborate on data analysis to generate actional insights for growth.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Skills in budget management, retail sales forecasting, and media planning.

Additional details
️ $110-$130K total compensation, plus extended health care, professional development opportunities, and more.
Full-time, hybrid. Must be able to work 3 days a week from the Vancouver office.
