Job summary

MNP Digital is seeking a Manager to lead advisory engagements, build senior client relationships, and coach team members across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. You will help grow the Digital Advisory practice and deliver practical, actionable transformation roadmaps leveraging technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in digital advisory or management consulting.
• Experience leading engagements and proposals with senior clients.

• Lead Digital Advisory engagements for diverse clients and deliver digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Coach and develop team members and nurture senior-client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital Advisory Engagements

• Lead Digital Advisory engagements for public, private and not-for-profit clients, delivering digital strategies, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities, challenges, risks and opportunities, and develop practical recommendations.
• Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops to align priorities, evaluate options and support decision-making.
• Lead research, assessments and analysis to balance business value, feasibility, risk and organizational readiness.
• Develop and present executive-ready strategies, business cases, roadmaps, reports and recommendations.
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, quality and client expectations.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate across MNP service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, including AI readiness, governance and adoption.

Grow client relationships, market presence and Advisory Practice

• Coach and develop team members through mentorship, feedback and consulting best practices.
• Maintain strong senior-client communication and proactively manage issues to ensure successful outcomes and long-term client trust.
• Develop and grow the Digital Advisory portfolio by building trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic account growth.
• Lead account planning, opportunity qualification, executive discovery, proposal development, pursuit strategies and client presentations.
• Create compelling value propositions that align client business priorities with MNP's advisory, implementation and managed service capabilities.
• Collaborate across MNP Digital, Management Consulting, ERS and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions and expand client value.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, relationship priorities and business development opportunities while communicating progress to leadership.
• Strengthen MNP's market presence through thought leadership, industry events, executive workshops, client engagement and professional networks.
• Enhance Digital Advisory offerings, methodologies, tools and reusable assets to improve delivery quality, consistency and client outcomes.
• Contribute to the national growth of MNP Digital through knowledge sharing, strategic initiatives, recruiting, workforce planning and team development.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in digital advisory, management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, technology leadership, solution consulting, implementation or managed services, ideally in a client-service environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading engagements, complex transformation initiatives or major internal programs.
• Experience leading proposals, solution shaping, account development and market-facing activities.
• Strong analytical, commercial, facilitation, coaching, writing and executive-presentation skills, with the judgment to translate complexity into practical advice.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence Partners, service-line leaders, specialists and client stakeholders.
• Experience with AI advisory or Managed IT Services and technology-services pursuits is considered an asset.
• A developed Saskatchewan or Manitoba business and technology network is considered an asset.
• Some travel may be required.
