Job description

This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance, management, and organization involved in the development of operations, administration, and management at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store activities, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and assistant managers.
2. Financial Management: Manage store profits and all controllable expenses such as labor, inventory, cash, and inventory levels. Complete all required documentation.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze results and operational trends to develop action plans and identify areas of opportunity.
4. Inventory and Compliance: Oversee inventory management, purchasing, audits, and ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
5. Supplier Supervision: Monitor purchases and supervise processes with various suppliers.
6. Staff Development: Train and evaluate employees in current and new business processes.
