Role Overview

We are expanding our Demand Generation Sales team and seek an experienced Sales Leader to assist more companies in transitioning to the AWS cloud. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to exceed qualified lead creation goals
  • Achieve daily activity metrics such as outbound calls, decision-maker contacts, and qualified leads
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and identify customer opportunities
  • Train team members in prospecting skills
  • Develop team members into sales-ready candidates for future roles
  • Understand customer business issues and how AWS solutions can address them
  • Participate in monthly business reviews

Qualifications
Basic
  • 10+ years in technology-related sales or business development
  • 7+ years in sales management, leading teams of 10 or more
  • Proven ability in people development and leadership
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with CRM systems
Preferred
  • Track record of meeting metrics and quotas
  • Leadership skills focused on team development
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
