As part of the Global Operations and Technology DEI team, you will support the development and execution of a diversity strategy, coordinate initiatives, manage administrative activities, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Your collaborative approach will strengthen partnerships and utilize Bank resources. You will focus on cultural transformation, organizational change, and compliance with regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director, DEI in implementing DEI strategies and programs for equity-deserving groups.
  • Analyze and report on global DEI data to assess initiative effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate their impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across business lines and with regional DEI councils and ERG Leads.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing DEI volunteers.
  • Manage contracts and stakeholder relationships with Legal, Procurement, Sourcing, and Finance teams.
  • Support external partnerships, sponsorships, and contribute to reports like the Employment Equity Narrative and ESG Reports.
  • Mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring effective team operations and compliance with the Bank’s risk appetite, values, and conduct policies.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications.
  • Experience in HR or related fields.
  • Knowledge of global DEI trends, employee engagement, and HR practices.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
  • Curiosity about best practices inside and outside the Bank.
Work Arrangement

This role is currently Hybrid, subject to change based on business needs.
