Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data Visualization and Analytics Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and execute end-to-end digital tool implementations, manage technical and business analytics teams, and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions to drive operational performance across manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital analytics strategies aligned with enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Apply a structured approach from concept to scope definition, value proposition, development, implementation, and end-user training for digital tools.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps for cross-functional use in production, supply chain, and financial monitoring.
  • Deliver actionable insights into key manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, cost, headcount, quality, safety, and spend control.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of developers and business analysts skilled in SQL, Python, VBA, Power Platform, and other tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Manufacturing & SIOP Analytics
  • Understand and interpret complex operations including SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), production planning, and industrialization.
  • Lead the design and development of a dynamic SIOP model for long-term demand and supply planning, risk management, and constraint visibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate complex data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading digital transformation projects.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing manufacturing KPIs and cost visibility tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of SIOP, production planning, and industrial operations.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytics platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps.
  • Technical skills: SQL, Python, VBA.
  • Demonstrated success managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.

  • Strong strategic thinking with attention to operational detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global teams and environments.

Key Projects:

  • Design and implementation of an enterprise-wide SIOP digital model to enhance long-term forecasting, identify capacity constraints, and enable risk-informed decisions.
  • Establishing real-time analytics dashboards to support operations leadership in monitoring key metrics and driving efficiency.
