Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (CTC) is seeking a Manager of Data Strategy & Activation to shape and execute the enterprise data roadmap. You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate objectives into data capabilities and actionable initiatives, and own intake and prioritization of data requests.

You will bridge business and technology, lead stakeholder workshops, and provide strategic recommendations to improve data activation, trust, and business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, data transformation, analytics, product management, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of data architecture, governance, analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based data solutions.

Reporting to the AVP, Data Capability & Activation, the Manager, Data Strategy & Activation will help shape and execute the enterprise data strategy by aligning business priorities with data investments, leading intake and prioritization processes, and maintaining the enterprise data roadmap.What you'll doDrive Data Strategy Execution - Partner with business and technology leaders to develop and maintain the enterprise data roadmap.Develop executive-level recommendations on priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and investment decisions.Translate business objectives into data capabilities, technology requirements, and actionable initiatives.Own Intake & Prioritization - Lead the intake, assessment, and prioritization of enterprise data and analytics requests.Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define desired business outcomes.Bridge Business and Technology - Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and data, architecture, engineering, governance, and analytics teams.Roadmap & Portfolio Management - Build visibility into roadmap priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones, supporting governance and executive reporting.Thought Leadership - Provide strategic recommendations that improve data activation, accessibility, trust, and business value.What you bring4+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, data transformation, enterprise architecture, analytics, product management, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.Experience building roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing enterprise priorities.Strong technical understanding of data architecture, data platforms, governance, analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based data solutions.Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.Proven ability to think strategically, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity in complex environments.We’re always looking for great talent! Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
