## Manager, Data Strategy & ActivationApply: Toronto, ON: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: October 10, 2026 (14 days left to apply): JR163334Reporting to the AVP, Data Capability & Activation, the Manager, Data Strategy & Activation will help shape and execute the enterprise data strategy by aligning business priorities with data investments, leading intake and prioritization processes, and maintaining the enterprise data roadmap. **What you'll do*** *Drive Data Strategy Execution* - Partner with business and technology leaders to develop and maintain the enterprise data roadmap.* Develop executive-level recommendations on priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and investment decisions.* Translate business objectives into data capabilities, technology requirements, and actionable initiatives.* *Own Intake & Prioritization* - Lead the intake, assessment, and prioritization of enterprise data and analytics requests.* Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define desired business outcomes.* *Bridge Business and Technology* - Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and data, architecture, engineering, governance, and analytics teams.* *Roadmap & Portfolio Management* - Build visibility into roadmap priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones, supporting governance and executive reporting.* *Thought Leadership -* Provide strategic recommendations that improve data activation, accessibility, trust, and business value. **What you bring*** 4+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, data transformation, enterprise architecture, analytics, product management, or a related field.* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.* Experience building roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing enterprise priorities.* Strong technical understanding of data architecture, data platforms, governance, analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based data solutions.* Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.* Proven ability to think strategically, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity in complex environments.
