As the Manager, Data Product at TELUS, you will lead strategic and operational efforts to manage data products that deliver critical business insights and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities :
Craft and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using GCP tools like Dataflow and Cloud Data Fusion
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure data products meet user needs
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data integration and processing initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into data products
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and cultivate a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strategic thinker with a bias for action
Expertise in BigQuery, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, and Pub / Sub. Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or Java
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team

Salary Range : $108,000-$162,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 20%
