We are seeking a Data Architect (Manager) to join our Data & AI team. Responsibilities include:

• Go-to-Market: Engage in pre-sales activities, build relationships with clients and partners, participate in speaking engagements, develop industry-specific offers, stay updated on industry and technology trends, and contribute to brand building through whitepapers and articles.

• Client Engagements: Work directly with clients to implement and operate data solutions, act as a customer escalation contact, and expand engagement opportunities.

• Delivery Engagements: Lead project teams, ensure timely delivery, design scalable data architectures, define data governance and security policies, lead data modeling, optimize storage solutions, design ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, optimize performance of data platforms, and ensure data quality and metadata management.

• Talent: Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, shape team direction, hire new talent, and foster an inclusive work environment.
