BMO Financial Group is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI. You will translate business requirements into dashboards and data visuals that drive insights and decision making across the organization.

You will optimize data models, ensure data quality, document procedures, and train non-technical users for self-service analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational level proficiency in technical design optimization, decision making and systems thinking.

Provides analytical expertise in the design, development and support of reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI. Translates business requirements into reporting and data visualization capabilities that provide actionable insights and decision support. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to continuously improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics solutions. Designs, develops, deploys and supports enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using modern data modelling, visualization, automation and data integration techniques. Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data models, semantic models, data transformation processes, and reporting architectures. Optimizes query performance, refresh efficiency, and report usability across large and complex data environments. Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business objectives into analytical solutions, providing recommendations, evaluating alternatives, and influencing reporting strategy and solution design. Develops user guides, technical documentation, operating procedures, training materials, and self-service analytics capabilities to improve adoption and reduce reliance on technical support teams. Monitors and supports production analytics solutions, investigates data quality and system issues, coordinates resolution with technical teams, and communicates impacts to stakeholders. Researches and applies continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights. Designs intuitive and scalable visualizations that enable users to efficiently explore, understand and act on complex and high-volume data. Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end users; may include delivery of training to audiences. Focus extends beyond the role's primary line of business, as reporting is generally available enterprise-wide. Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Salary :
$70,000.00 - $150,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
