What will your typical day look like?

As the Manager, Cybersecurity Design you will lead cybersecurity design reviews, perform cybersecurity assessments for technology applications to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage incoming SSDLC requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution and tracking.
• Collaborate with Technology stakeholders and Architecture review teams to integrate security requirements into application design.
• Provide expert guidance on secure design practices and security controls.
• Identify and own initiatives within Business Information Security to optimize cyber review processes.
• Empower leadership with data-driven insights by developing and delivering impactful KPI and metrics reports.

Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing SSDLC best practices, cybersecurity assessment role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, architecture, and application security best practices.
• Knowledge of AI technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing people or teams.

Preferred:

• Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Cybersecurity professional qualification such as CISSP or equivalent.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package extends beyond traditional compensation and benefit programs.
