About The Team

The Customer Operations team collaborates with clients to implement product features, manage platform operations, and optimize sales performance management processes. We support clients in maximizing the revenue potential of their sales compensation programs. If you are passionate about data analytics and sales operations, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Manage daily customer relationships, fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders across your portfolio.
  2. Design and translate business logic into Forma rules and system architecture for new customers.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform to independently implement updates and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support platform improvements.
  5. Manage customer expectations around deliverables and timelines to ensure success.
  6. Gain comprehensive knowledge of each client's strategic positioning, products, and objectives.
  7. Enhance Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes and strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
  1. Educational background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  2. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience working with large datasets and understanding database structures.
  4. Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation.
  5. Understanding of data architecture and process flows.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Familiarity with analytical tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
  1. Experience with SQL and/or Python.
  2. Knowledge of sales incentive compensation.
