POSITION SUMMARY
CIGI is seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager, Creative & Digital Production to lead our multidisciplinary creative team. This role is responsible for translating CIGI’s research into compelling digital and visual content, including reports, interactive tools, data visualizations, multimedia assets, and more.
As the leader of the creative and digital production team, you will oversee designers, software developers, and multimedia producers, ensuring brand consistency, design excellence, and technical innovation across platforms. You will play a key role in transforming how research is shared and understood within a collaborative and innovative environment at the forefront of global thought leadership.

Note: This position is based at our CIGI Campus in Waterloo, Ontario, with a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
